Hire a board for an hour, two, or three. Explore the Muri Lagoon at your own pace. Please contact/email us if you wish to rent at a specific time other than 9am :)

Cancellation Policy
If confirmed tour bookings are cancelled by you the following fees apply: 1. 100% refund (*less 5% surcharge for electronic payments) if cancelling more than 24 hours before the service. 2. 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hrs, up to 12hrs before a service 3. No refund for No Shows or if cancelling within 12hrs before a service. 4. Cancellations must be via phone call, email, or in person at our retail shop. 5. I understand that I am participating in a mother nature dependent activity and changes in weather are beyond anyone's control. If a tour needs to be rescheduled due to weather or safety issues and I am unable to reschedule my activity for an alternative day, I can either use the amount paid as shop credit for retail items or for any other KiteSUP activity of my choice. If a confirmed tour is cancelled by KiteSUP due to safety concerns or mother nature and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given for cash payments and a full refund less 5% processing fee for credit card/ electronic payments.
